Galla Jayadev vents ire at officials
MP. Galla Jayadev vented his ire at officials for delay in executing the underground drainage works in Guntur city. He inspected the progress of underground drainage works on Saturday in Guntur East and West in SVN Colony, which were started two years ago. Locals at SVN Colony complained to him that they have been facing a lot of inconvenience with the underground drainage works.
Guntur: MP. Galla Jayadev vented his ire at officials for delay in executing the underground drainage works in Guntur city. He inspected the progress of underground drainage works on Saturday in Guntur East and West in SVN Colony, which were started two years ago. Locals at SVN Colony complained to him that they have been facing a lot of inconvenience with the underground drainage works.
The contract company is digging the holes on the road to lay pipes and not filling the holes properly. P Galla Jayadev instructed the officials concerned to complete the works by June this year and execute the works without inconvenience to the locals. In turn, officials said that due to court cases, underground drainage works are going on at a snail’s pace. Local TDP leaders Lanka Uday, Khasim, B Prasad, Ramesh, Nageswara Rao, Prasad were among those participated.
