Eluru: The highway patrolling party showed their magnanimity to a mentally challenged person, who was wandering on the streets of tiny village Devarapalli in West Godavari district, on Saturday.

The highway patrolling party of Road Safety-12 while going on the National Highway at Devarapalli found a youth with mental disability.

The team had managed to get details from him after appeasement. According to details, he was identified as Inukula Narresh (33), a resident of Karakatla in Tadepalligudem mandal.
The road safety in-charge head constable KS Prasada Rao and the staff called on his relatives and handed over him to Devarapalli police station.

Naresh’s relatives reached in the afternoon and told the police that they are searching for Naresh for the past 10 days. They thanked the road safety police for their gesture.
