Tirupati: Renowned Eye specialist, social activist and Telugu Desam Party organising secretary Dr R Sudha Rani has received Pratibha Bharathi Puraskar at a function held in New Delhi on Sunday.
Delhi Telugu Academy has been giving Ugadi Puraskars, Udyog Rathan and Pratibha Bharathi Puraskars on the eve of Ugadi festival every year. This year among other awardees, Tirupati based doctor Dr Sudha Rani was selected for Prathibha Bharathi Puraskar who received the award from the Vice-President of India M Venkaiah Naidu. The memento and letter of appreciation were given by Supreme Court Judge NV Ramana.
