Vijayawada: Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman Buggana Rajendranath Reddy asked Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu why he had accepted the Special Package earlier announced by the Centre.

Speaking to the mediapersons here on Wednesday, he said the Chief Minister’s experience could not give results to the State. He asked the Chief Minister why he took the responsibility of completion of Polavaram Project. He wondered why the Chief Minister supported the Centre when he could not even secure the appointment of the Prime Minister during the last two years.

He felt that the Prime Minister lacks confidence in the Chief Minister and hence he must have denied appointment to him. Rajendranath Reddy recalled that the Chief Minister had earlier suppressed the demands of various political parties for Special Category Status.

He said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu never discussed the State problems with other political parties. The YSRCP leader also wondered why the Chief Minister shifted from Hyderabad to Vijayawada in a haste. He said that the Chief Minister totally failed to deliver good administration to the public.
