Festivals strengthen human relations
District Collector T.Babu Rao Naidu has said that the main motive in performing festivals is to strengthen the human relations in society. Addressing the gathering on the occasion of Telugu New Year celebrations organised by department of Tourism here on Sunday, he gave a call to the people to maintain good relations with one another to protect human values.

He recalled that as part of initiative in protecting the Indian Culture, as well as tradition Chief minister N.Chandra Babu Naidu has introduced ‘Suryanamaskarams, Jalasiriki Harathi, etc programmes in the state. He said that it is high time for people to say goodbye to Mummy Daddy culture.
Joint Collector2 Siva Reddy said festivals are meant as good achieve victory on bad it was internally inducted in the Vedas ,Puranas.
