Police gets breakthrough in double murder case
Police has made a breakthrough in the sensational double murder case in which an elderly couple was brutally stabbed to death in Gudivada in the early hours of Saturday.
Vijayawada: Police has made a breakthrough in the sensational double murder case in which an elderly couple was brutally stabbed to death in Gudivada in the early hours of Saturday.
The town police reportedly identified the suspect, who is one of the notorious offenders of Gudivada town. It may be recalled that a realtor Boppana Sai Chowdary, 72, and his wife Nagamani, 65, were found dead at their residence in the fourth lane of the Rajendra Nagar, Gudivada.
District SP S Tripati has appointed special teams to identify the culprit and nab the offender. The police reportedly collected vital information about the culprit and nabbed him at Chennai. The police believe some known persons have murdered the couple for want of money due to family disputes.
