Rain, thunder showers predicted

The heat wave has begun picking momentum in the Rayalaseema and south coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh. The atmosphere has become sultry. On Thursday, the temperature in Kurnool touched 41 degrees.

The oppressive heat conditions are prevailing for the coming two days in Rayalaseema nad South Coastal district. But, by Thursday evening, the atmosphere became cloudy.

The weatherman predicted that there would be heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorm and high speed winds in several coastal districts and Rayalaseema region.
