The private bus of Sri Venkataramana Travels from Vijayawada to Narsipatnam in Visakhapatnam district was started on Thursday
night. When it reached Tetali village on National Highway in Tanuku mandal, it was stopped due to a technical glitch. When the
passengers enquired them about the time that they would reach their destination, either the bus management or the staff did not
respond to their queries. The operators did not make arrangements for an alternative bus till Friday morning.

For 10 hours, the passengers with their children were forced to stand on the National Highway facing severe hardships. On Friday
morning, when the passengers asked the staff of the bus, they did not respond properly.

With this, the irate passengers broke the windowpanes, lights and deflated the tyres. At last, on Friday morning at 9 am, the private
