Kadapa: Speakers, who have attended the meeting organised by Jana Chaitanya Vedika (JCV) headed by former High Court judge
Lakshmana Reddy on Monday, have called on the people, social groups and leaders of all political parties to join the agitation for
exerting pressure on the State government for setting up the High Court in Rayalaseema region. Speaking on the occasion, Pradesh
Congress Committee (PCC) vice-president N Tulasi Reddy said that 12 states in the country having capital city at one place and High
Court in another city.

Kadapa Mayor D Suresh has alleged that the State and Central governments are showing discrimination towards the Rayalaseema
districts due to political reasons. JCV president Lakshmana Reddy said that there would be danger of occurring separatist agitations if
the government implements the centralisation of development. CPM district secretary Anjaneyulu and others were present.
