Thursday was witness to strange political constellations in the national capital of New Delhi. Even while blaming the Congress as being responsible for the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the TDP MPs moved closely with the Congress MPs on the premises of the Parliament building. TDP MP and Chandrababu confidant CM Ramesh stood next to UPA chief Sonia Gandhi and showed anti-Modi placards.

The MPs from both the parties stood shoulder to shoulder during the protest programme. Congress MP Sujana Chowdary warmly shook hands with Congress MP Jairam Ramesh and the latter had a close discussion with TDP MP Thota Naraimham.

Interestingly, even during the recent visit to Delhi, Chandrababu Naidu met Sonia Gandhi’s political secretary Ahmed Patel. In the parliament central hall, he held discussions with Jairam Ramesh. Is a TDP-Congress alliance in theoffing in AP?
