Addressing the media on Wednesday, he pointed out as to how the Bihar and Odisha government put forth their representations to the Central government regarding the Special Category Status and how they achieved it.
The former Rajahmundry MP castigated Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu who alleged that the Opposition YSR Congress Party is held responsible for creating an obstruction to the development of the state while reminding his remarks on the investments allocated to the state.
