Mummidivaram MLA Datla Subba Raju distributes fishing nets, bicycles
Mummidivaram MLA Datla Subba Raju here on Sunday announced that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was keen on developing every community in the state.He participated in the fishing nets distribution programme organised by the fisheries department with the SC/ST Sub-Plan funds for the local SC fishermen at Baba Jivan Nagar in Tallarevu.
Kakinada: Mummidivaram MLA Datla Subba Raju here on Sunday announced that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was keen on developing every community in the state.He participated in the fishing nets distribution programme organised by the fisheries department with the SC/ST Sub-Plan funds for the local SC fishermen at Baba Jivan Nagar in Tallarevu.
The MLA said that Naidu was aiming to generate considerable income to the poor in the state to make them self-sustainable through various welfare schemes. He informed that the CM was also particular to develop the SC community by providing necessary equipment to increase their living standards in the state.
In this connection, the MLA distributed 12 bicycles and fishing nets (a bicycle and fishing net as single unit) worth Rs 15,000 each to the beneficiaries with 10 percent subsidy.
ZPTC member Rama Lakshmi, MG Suryanarayana, Lakshmana Rao, Dunna Satyanarayana,Vigilance Committee member Dhulipudi Venkata Ramana (Bobby) MPTC member Sathi Babu and others participated.
