District SP filed false charge sheet against me: MLA
Rural MLA K Sridhar Reddy has alleged Nellore SP PHD Ramakrishna has filed a false charge sheet in the court against him. Addressing the media at YSRCP office here on Friday, the MLA said that the District SP had provided wrong information to the court.

“It is evident that the SP had submitted fake information to the court in the charge sheet. He mentioned in the charge sheet that I have been absconding for some time which is not correct,” he stated. Sridhar Reddy asked SP to check once CCTV footage of their DPO and enquire with police stations and officials whether I had approached them or not on various issues.
He said he always respect the courts and never contempt the court orders. Rural MLA said that the SP cannot frighten him by filing false charge sheet in the court. “I am ready to face even if 100 charge sheets were filed against me,” he stated.
He also said that SP has to answer why he had not written a letter to the ACB seeking enquiry on the activities of senior police officials, who were having links with cricket bookies and dealings of MLCs with the same bookies.
He also questioned as to why the SP had not written a letter to the ACB or CBCID to probe on the mysterious death of Additional SP’s car driver though the victims had claimed that their son was murdered. He said he would only answer in the court on the fake information provided in the charge sheet.
