Advanced tech useful to check crime: Kanti Rana

Addressing the police personnel, who attended the training programme at the Command Control Room here on Sunday, he said that police department is conducting special training classes on e-Rakshak, e-Beat, functioning and usage of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, face recognition technology, crime detection, collection of clues to prove the guilt and other subjects.
The department has conducted the training on the fifth day of the seven-day programme. Vijayawada DCP (administratrion) J Brahma Reddy explained the importance of advanced technology.
