The TTD’s Dharma Prachara Mandali was supposed to conduct various cultural activities like Harikathas, music concerts and classical dances in the auditorium. Now, the stage has been set to demolish the auditorium to put an end for the negative remarks from the public over the non-functioning of the auditorium in the wake of its failure in serving the intended purpose. Speaking to The Hans India here on Saturday, TTD Kalyanamandapam Manager Subhashini has admitted that the auditorium situated in the premises of the TTD Kalyanamandapam was not functioning for the last few years.

She further said that civic body had demolished the compound wall of the Kalyanamandapam and the adjacent wall of the TTD auditorium as part of the road expansion. “I have sent a detailed report to the TTD officials for undertaking the repairs for the auditorium,” she added.
