Adinarayana confident of Jammalamadugu ticket
Marketing minister C Adinarayana Reddy said that despite conspiracies being hatched by some local leaders, the party high command is keen to allot ticket for him for Jammalamadugu Assembly constituency in the coming elections.Â
Kadapa: Marketing minister C Adinarayana Reddy said that despite conspiracies being hatched by some local leaders, the party high command is keen to allot ticket for him for Jammalamadugu Assembly constituency in the coming elections.
The minister, who was in Kadapa for participating in the passing out parade of Stipendiary Cadet Training constables (communication) at District Police Centre here on Friday, spoke to media persons.
He said that he was well aware that some leaders in the district were hatching conspiracy to defame him before the party supremo. He said that TDP had admitted him into the party as per the need of the party and as it wanted to crack the hold of YSR family in the district.
He was successful in that aspect as he had defeated YS Vivekananda Reddy in the MLC elections. He said that party chief was well aware that he had developed the Jammalamadugu constituency in all fronts.
Reddy said that in political equations also he stands in first place by securing victory continuously in 2004, 2009 and 2014 elections from Jammalamadugu. He expressed confidence that he would win for the fourth time in 2019 elections from the same constituency.
Sharply reacting to the comments of MLC P Ramasubba Reddy on the issue of declaring a candidate, Adinarayana Reddy said that the party president is the final authority to decide the candidate and either party’s district president or local leaders are not authorised.
