A web portal would be launched soon in the district to provide information on various jobs to aspirants, said District Collector K Dhanunjaya Reddy. He was present at the employment and skill development programme conducted jointly by the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas (MEPMA) here on Saturday.

He was present at the employment and skill development programme conducted jointly by the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas (MEPMA) here on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said hard work is the only solution to success. He suggested to the youth to improve skills which would help them to turn into entrepreneurs.

“We are planning to start a web portal and aspirants can register their details and it will be useful to them to get jobs whenever vacancies are available, the Collector suggested. Youth across the district participated in the programme. Project directors of DRDA and MEPMA GC Kishore Kumar and M Rojarani and officials were present.
