Major reshuffle of IAS officers
Just two days ahead of the Collectors’ conference, the state government on Sunday transferred as many as 21 Indian Administrative Service officers.
Amaravati: Just two days ahead of the Collectors’ conference, the state government on Sunday transferred as many as 21 Indian Administrative Service officers. By the reshuffle, the government appointed K Praveen Kumar, commissioner, Minorities Welfare & ex-officio principal secretary to Minorities Welfare Department, as principal secretary to General Administration Department (GPM & AR).
K Ram Gopal, who is awaiting posting, has been posted as secretary to Minorities Welfare Department. Peeyush Kumar, who was repatriated from Central deputation, has been posted as secretary to Finance Department.
GSRKR Vijaya Kumar, at present vice chairman and managing director of AP SC Cooperative Finance Corporation, has been posted as secretary to chief commissioner of land administration.
K Harshavardhan, at present director to Backward Classes Welfare and VC and MD of AP BC Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd, has been transferred and posted as deputy secretary to Education Department.
M Hari Jawaharlal, at present special commissioner of Agriculture department, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Vizianagaram district. Kadapa Collector T Baburao Naidu has been transferred and posted as managing director of Girijan Cooperative Corporation (GCC), vice ASPS Ravi Prakash, PCS, transferred. The government has directed Ravi Prakash to report to GAD for further posting.
Director of Swachh Andhra Corporation Muralidhar Reddy has been withdrawn and posted as commissioner of Agriculture department. Vivek Yadav has been posted as vice chairman and managing director of SC Cooperative Finance Corporation. B Rama Rao has been posted vice chairman and managing director of AP BC Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd.
Chevuru Hari Kiran, at present commissioner of Tirupati Municipal Corporation and vice chairman of TUDA, has been posted as Collector of YSR Kadapa district. P Koteswara Rao, Joint Collector of West Godavari District has been transferred and posted as secretary to Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).
Anantapur Joint Collector T K Rama Mani has been transferred and posted as commissioner of Commercial Taxes Department replacing C Naga Rani. Naga Rai has been posted as Joint Collector of YSR Kadapa district.
Rajahmundry municipal corporation commissioner V Vijaya Rama Raju has been transferred and appointed as vice chairman of TUDA. M Venkateswarlu has been posted as managing director of A P Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited.
M Venugopal Reddy has been appointed as Joint Collector of West Godavari District. K Venkata Ramana Reddy has been posted as Joint Collector to Vizianagaram District in the existing vacancy.
N Prabhakar Reddy, at present DRO of Prakasam district, has been posted as joint secretary to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration. S Dilli Rao, at present vice chairman of Nellore Urban Development Authority (NUDA), has been transferred and posted as Joint Collector of Anantapur district. Sub Collector of Narsapur has been posted as commissioner of Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation.
