11 power grievances settled
In a span of 18 months, we have conducted 100 camps courts under AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (APEPDCL), said its Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF) Chairman D Dharma Rao.
Srikakulam: In a span of 18 months, we have conducted 100 camps courts under AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (APEPDCL), said its Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF) Chairman D Dharma Rao.
He held camp court on the premises APEPDCL office here on Monday and settled 11 cases. Speaking on the occasion, the CGRF Chairman said a total of 773 cases were registered from all five districts under the APEPDCL limits in the last 18 months. Out of them, 720 cases have been settled so far at camp courts.
Most of the cases are regarding power supply, sanction of power connection for unapproved layouts, excess bills, and shifting of poles. CGRF members K Balaji, PV Ramana Rao, Balaji Prasad Pandey, P Ravikumar and APEPDCL officials were present.
