Avail services of Passport Seva Kendra: Kodela
Speaker Dr Kodela Sivarasada Rao said that Passport Seva Kendras in the district centres are useful and called upon the people to avail the facility.
Guntur: Speaker Dr Kodela Sivarasada Rao said that Passport Seva Kendras in the district centres are useful and called upon the people to avail the facility. He reminded that earlier residents of the district used to go to Hyderabad and Vijayawada cities to get passport and appreciated for setting up of Passport Seva Kendra in Guntur.
He inaugurated Passport Seva Kendra at Chandramouli Nagar head Post Office in the city on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that residents of the district need not go to other cities for passports.
Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao said that they would conduct a Passport Mela in Chilakaluripet town. He said that many students are going abroad from Guntur district for higher education and jobs. Hence, this would be useful for them. District Collector Kona Sasidhar said that there is a need to extend passport services in the important towns in the district.
