Amaravati: The AP Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) held a workshop on landscape designs for Amaravati Government Complex with architects at CRDA office on Friday.

Consultants of L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji Group and NCC Group presented their designs for three packages of government housing projects in Amaravati Government Complex area.

They proposed greenery, walkway, kids play area, sitting area, playgrounds, shaded galleries and some other designs for each housing package. The landscape designs included grass, flowering plants and trees.

The CRDA commissioner Ch Sreedhar told the architects and engineering experts that designs should be more beautiful and attractive and suggested some modifications.

He said the main entrances of the building areas should be designed as most attractive and the utilise the vacant place in the three housing areas for landscape designs.

“As the government has aimed to build world class capital city, each and everything at the Amaravati Government Complex should be designed excellent standards,” he said.
