Tighten security cover for Jagan
Eluru MLC Alla Nani, along with several YSRCP leaders, met District Superintendent of Police M Ravi Prakash here on Friday and urged him to strengthen police security for YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy, during his padayatra in the town from Sunday. They submitted a memorandum to him in this regard.Â
Eluru: Eluru MLC Alla Nani, along with several YSRCP leaders, met District Superintendent of Police M Ravi Prakash here on Friday and urged him to strengthen police security for YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy, during his padayatra in the town from Sunday. They submitted a memorandum to him in this regard.
MLC Nani told the Superintendent of Police that Y S Jaganmohan Reddy would enter West Godavari district from Kaikaluru on Sunday evening and tour the district covering a distance of more than 250 km. As lakhs of people would be participating in the padayatra of the Opposition leader, police security was essential for him, he added.
Ravi Prakash assured the YSRCP leaders that full security cover would be arranged for the Opposition leader’s padayatra in the district with Z plus category security. Along with MLC Alla Nani, YSRCP leaders K Abbayi Chowdary, B Srinivas, Gudidesi Srinivasa Rao and others were present on the occasion.
