Unemployment dole and Anna Canteens from June: Devineni
Water resources minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao said that the government would launch the new schemes, allowance to unemployed youth and Anna Canteens, in June.
Vijayawada: Water resources minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao said that the government would launch the new schemes, allowance to unemployed youth and Anna Canteens, in June. Addressing the gathering at Mini Mahanadu of Central constituency here on Sunday, Devineni asked the eligible people in poor sections to avail the schemes.
He also requested the rank and file of party to work as bridge between the government and public to implement the schemes successfully. The minister appealed to party workers to elect Central constituency MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao with thumping majority.
MP Kesineni Srinivas (Nani) said the state was facing several challenges with the indifferent attitude of BJP leaders and added the BJP was solely responsible for backwardness and delay in implementation of development works. He asked the public to teach a befitting lesson to the BJP in the ensuing elections.
MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao said the rank and file of party should work as per directions of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. The state and city would be developed under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu only, he added. On the occasion, several senior leaders were felicitated for their services to the party. Senior leaders Ganne Venkata Narayana and K Pattabhiram were present.
