MLA Badeti dares Jagan
MLA Badeti Kota Rama Rao (Bujji) challenged YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy to prove that he had encroached the temple lands in Eluru constituency. If Jagan proves it, he will resign for the MLA post, he added.

Addressing a media conference at his camp office here on Tuesday, he said that Jagan should prove the allegations levelled against him. He said that Edara Subbammadevi Municipal Corporation High School was given on lease by the owners of the site.
The lease period was over, and the donors' inheritors came forward and took the possession of site of the school as it belongs to them. “I am no way connected in this regard. It is a private property and if the owners of the vacant site took back the site, what I can do, Bujji questioned?
The MLA stated that the YSRCP leaders claimed that they constructed 12,000 houses to the poor. “Even after a decade, those beneficiaries were still suffering as most of them did not get the houses. After I was elected as an MLA and I concentrated on the poor people’s welfare and trying to do my level best to give house sites to the victims, who did not get the houses in the YSRCP MLA’s regime”, he stated.
“I sold my properties during last three elections and contested the elections. No property is in my name or my family members and relatives name. The YSRCP leaders can prove that I had acquired illegal assets as claimed by them”, he stated. Zilla Parishad Chairperson Mullapudi Bapiraju condemned the YSRCP leaders and Opposition leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy for targeting the Eluru MLA.
