Five students from Andhra Pradesh have scaled Mount Everest, the tallest peak in the world. 

Five students from Andhra Pradesh have scaled Mount Everest, the tallest peak in the world.

These students – Bhanu Surya Prakash of Kothur in East Godavari, J Praveen of Pedavegi in West Godavari, G Raju of Golugonda in Viag mandal, Venkatesh of Chittedu village in Nellore and Prasanna of Addateegala in East Godavari underwent intensive training in mountaineering from the experts in social welfare and the tribal welfare departments.

The government has congratulated the four youths for their grit, determination and success.
