DHFL, one of the India’s leading housing finance companies, will be organising a property-cum-finance exhibition on May 19 and 20, 2018 at Sindhura Kalyana Mandapam in Tirupati.
Tirupati: DHFL, one of the India’s leading housing finance companies, will be organising a property-cum-finance exhibition on May 19 and 20, 2018 at Sindhura Kalyana Mandapam in Tirupati. In this exhibition called DHFL Griha Utsav, customers can choose affordable housing units from Rs 15 lakh onwards. It will not only offer competitive interest rates but also spot sanctioning of home loans and attractive discounts on processing fees.
Most of the housing units will be covered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) which will provide an interest subsidy benefit of up to 2.67 lakh for first home buyers, provided the customer fulfils the eligibility criteria for the home loan, the company said in a press release. It also mentioned that the entry to this exhibition will be free.
