Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Budda Venkanna erected 80-ft hoarding of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu near the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) office here on Thursday.

The corporators and leaders of Telugu Desam also took part in the programme and performed ablution to the Chief Minister’s hoarding with milk. On the occasion, Budda Venkanna said that the state needs the services of Chandrababu Naidu for many more years. He said that they performed the ablution to the hoarding of Chandrababu Naidu to avoid evil eyes of the YSR Congress leaders.
The YSR Congress leaders have always been hurling tirades against the Chief Minister though he was working day and night for the development of the state. He hoped that Gods would bless the Chief Minister. Corporators Jasti Sambasiva Rao and several leaders were also present.
