Rain occurred at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, while dry weather prevailed in Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Wednesday, with Seethanagaram in Vizianagaram district recording 1 cm of rain.Â

The Met department bulletin said the highest maximum temperature of 41 degrees Celsius was recorded in Jangamaheswarapuram and Nandyal.

According to the forecast, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at isolated places across the State from May 24 to 27. No large change during the period May 28-30 is the weather outlook.
