The old building which was constructed 160 years ago, was in a dilapidated condition.
Later, he asked the engineers to construct the building with quality and with a good design.
The century old building design should not be changed, he added.
Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai, Commissioner Sumit Kumar Gandhi, Deputy Mayor Vasireddy Rambabu and Superintending Engineer Om Prakash and others were present.
