He felt that it was not fair on the part of the Agriculture Minister to speak foul language against Ramana Deekshutulu. He said that Brahmins should wear black badges on Monday and attend their respective duties in the district.

State Brahmin Association Joint Secretary Ramana alleged that TDP Government was totally neglecting the Brahmin community in all respects. He charged that no purpose was served by AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation which failed to protect the interests of the Brahmins.

He demanded the TTD to construct Brahmin Kalyana Mandapams in all the districts of the state. He stressed that government should allocate at least Rs.100 cr. for Brahmin Welfare Corporation. `` Above 70 percent of Brahmin community people are living in deplorable condition.
