Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that Andhra Pradesh would be developed as innovation valley in the country. Addressing the rank and file of the party on the third day of Mahanadu here on Tuesday, he said that the best technology and knowledge would be available in the State.

He said that the Telugu Desam government gave the highest priority to education sector. The State and Centre's educational institutions were being set up in all the districts of the State. The State stood at 3rd place in the country in the education sector. Education would give new life to the students, he said.
He further said that the stipend would be given to unemployed youth in the State soon and guidelines were finalised. The government's aim is not only to provide employment to the youth but also make them as entrepreneurs.
