Vijayawada: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that the investors are scared recalling the 2004 situation and the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s rule in the united state.

Addressing the rank and file of the party on the second day of Mahanadu here on Monday, he said that the investors were asking him about their fate if the 2004 election result is repeated in the next year election.

He said that he was assuring the investors that the TDP would definitely come to power in the next election also and they need not worry about their investments.

Sharing his hard work with the party cadres, he said that he was convincing the industrialists to invest in the State. The Opposition, YSR Congress, the BJP and the Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan were making baseless allegations of corruption against the TD government, he said.

He asked them to submit evidence if they have any regarding corruption and stringent action would be taken against the involved persons. They were making baseless allegations to defame the government’s image, he stated.

He wondered as to how YS Jagan was making corruption allegations while attending the court every Friday. Similarly, the BJP was also moving with Gali Janardhan Reddy he said and asked them what would they answer to the public on this?.

The CM said that the free sand policy, decision to ban belt shops were taken in the interest of the people. He said that he was getting feedback on every government scheme regularly and he would not tolerate scams. He asked the rank and file of the party to explain the facts to the public.
