CI, head constable in ACB net

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths led by ACB DSP Jayarama Raju caught head constable Suryanarayana Reddy red-handed for accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000 from a couple near Sri Rama theatre here to settle the family dispute without filing a case.
Kurnool: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths led by ACB DSP Jayarama Raju caught head constable Suryanarayana Reddy red-handed for accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000 from a couple near Sri Rama theatre here to settle the family dispute without filing a case.
The ACB staff took him into the custody. During the investigation, Suryanarayana Reddy has confessed of accepting bribe on the instructions of Circle Inspector Shaik Ismail, who is working at Taluk police station.
Based on the statement of head constable, the ACB filed a case on CI and head constable. The DSP stated the duo would be produced before the ACB Court for further action.
