Kandanavolu carnival poster released
District Collector S Satyanarayana said that Kandanavolu fort carnival will be organised from June 22-24 at Medical College grounds here. He called upon the people to participate in the carnival and make it a grand success.

On the occasion, the Collector released a poster of Kandanavolu Sambaralu (celebrations) here at his camp office on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, Satyanarayana said that the famous monument is going to complete its 475th year and would enter into 476th year on June 22.
Musical team of Wings Music Private Limited will be organising the event. The officials concerned are planning to conduct sports competitions, cultural programmes, essay writing, and general knowledge tests.
The Collector stated the present generation can know about the historical monument by organising the celebrations. Joint Collector Rama Swamy, Divisional Revenue Officer Sasi Devi, Kurnool and Adoni Revenue Divisional Officers (RDOs) Hussain Saheb and Obulesu, Chief Planning Officer Anand Naik, tourism officials and representatives of Wings Music Private Limited and others were present.
