Devotees including Seshadri from Kanchipuram of Tamil Nadu and Arjun from Bengaluru have patted the programme and requested TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal to relay the programme with sub-titles in vernacular language or in English for the sake of pilgrims of other states which the EO said, their suggestion will be looked into.

While another caller Rajyalakshmi from Vijayawada sought EO to introduce dress code to SVBC employees also for which EO said it will be considered. A pilgrim Jaganmohan Reddy from Nandyal has suggested EO to put a check on child hawkers found in Tirumala and ensure that they were rescued and rehabilitated to get them back to education in schools. Welcoming the suggestion, EO said the TTD will take immediate steps to stop engaging children as hawkers.

A pilgrim Karthik from Bengaluru complaint the TTD staff behaved rudely when he came for darshan along with his mother to Tirumala, He said his mother aged 45 years suffering from arthritis, but the staff denied her darshan under senior citizen category inspite of producing medical reports (certificate) and explaining her condition that she cannot walk long.

They simply torn the reports into pieces and rudely asked to go away, he alleged. EO said the staff members are often given training on soft communication skills. But if still some persons behave in a rude manner and assured that action will be initiated against them.
