Guntur: Schoolchildren danced to various film songs in Anandalahari programme conducted by the GMC at Swamy Theater here on Sunday.
Speaking on this occasion, municipal corporation Deputy Commissiner Jesu Das said that to create recreation to the residents of Guntur, following orders of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, they had been conducting this programme and urged the people to participate in the programme and make it a grand success.
He said that the CM wants people to be happy.
Guntur Tahsildar G Nagireddy said that the GMC was conducting the programme on Sunday. He said participating in this kind of programme would help in shedding stress.
Later, Rainbow Dance Academy students danced to various Hindu and Telugu songs.
GMC Deputy Commissioner D Srinivasa Rao was also present.
