Interacting with newsmen here on Sunday, he said that the development projects such as nuclear power project would be set up with an estimate of Rs 1.50 lakh crore. Bhavanapadu sea port was also strategically important for imports and exports business, he added.
IIIT also would be set up in Srikakulam with all infrastructure facilities, minister explained. Bhogapuram airport in Vizianagaram district is in a key place for three north coastal AP districts, he said. With all these developments, the growth rate in AP is 10.5 per cent, which is more than national average of 7.5 per cent, he pointed out.
