APCCIF gets Certificate of Origin
He said DGFT is acting as a facilitator instead of regulator by identifying each and every district with export potential of unique products with a view to promoting foreign shipments. He also said a committee would be formed headed by chief secretary to discuss all export promotion related issues, including logistics to boost the country’s shipments.
Visakhapatnam: G Sambasiva Rao, President of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation, thanked Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) Alok Dwivedi, Assistant DGFT B Punnam Kumar for their contribution in connection with getting the Certificate of Origin for Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation. Appreciating the initiative of the Andhra Pradesh Chambers, Alok Dwivedi said that Certificate of Origin is a feather in the cap of AP Chambers and reiterated for maintaining quality services for scaling of highest levels.

For conducting successful outreach programmes for entrepreneurs, budding entrepreneurs (students) in colleges and universities, the DGFT is willing to associate with AP Chambers. Others joined, thanking the officials, including K Kumar Raja, Vice- President, Pydah Krishna Prasad, Chairman, and M Sudhir, Vice-Chairman of AP Chambers, Visakhapatnam unit.
