Chandrababu Naidu failed to honour promises: District Congress Committee chief
District Congress Committee (DCC) president P Lakshmi Reddy alleged that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who has made several promises prior coming to rule, has forgotten to fulfil those promises in his four years rule.Â

Participating in a programme ‘public deception by Chandrababu Naidu’ held at the party office here on Friday, Lakshmi Reddy said Naidu totally failed to get Special Category Status for the state and even not waived the farmers agriculture and DWCRA loans.
He also lured the educated youth with his promises but he did not create a single job for them. He accused Naidu of utilising the special package funds for his party publicity activities and failed to give utilisation certificates for the funds given by the Centre.
DCC Vice-President S Venugopal, former ZP Chairman A Venkataswamy, city Congress chief Sardar Bucchibabu, S Khaleel Khan, S Sudersan Reddy, Maqbul Basha, Parvez, Vasu, P Sujatha and Suryakanthamma participated in the programme.
