47,276 appear for Teachers Eligibility Test on third day
In all, 47,276 candidates appeared for the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) on the third day across 99 examination centres. The online entrance exam passed off peacefully at all the examination centres, according to TET convener A Subba Reddy here on Tuesday.

He said that for paper 1 SGT Telugu, 49,380 candidates applied for the examination and 47, 276 candidates appeared with 95.74 per cent present. He said that after completing the exam, marks will be displayed on the screen immediately. The marks will be sent to the candidates’ registered mobile number in a couple of days, said the convener.
Candidates having sports certificates should upload on to the TET website in the options 1, 2, 3 allocated for it along with confirmation letter from the university or the sports authority. For the first certificate, the candidate will get 30 incentive marks and 20 marks for second certificate, he said.
