Vijayawada: The Fourth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court here on Friday deferred the decision on conducting Narco analysis test on seven suspects in the sensational Ayesha Meera’s murder case.

It may be recalled that the State government had appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the murder case afresh. The SIT suggested that the Narco test should be conducted on seven suspects.

Two of them have agreed to undergo the Narco test. Five of them are opposing it. In this backdrop, the court deferred the case to June 22. Ayesh Meera was murdered in women’s hostel at Ibrahimpatnam on December 12, 2007. The Andhra Pradesh High Court had ordered fresh investigation into the case.
