Hyderabad: Brushing aside the rumours of a possible tie-up with BJP, YSR Congress has said that it would go solo in the ensuing elections and TDP, which has been in jitters, has been resorting to such malicious propaganda.

Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, party senior leader, Botsa Satyanarayana said the Chandrababu Naidu and his team has been trying hard to make believe that our Party is aligning with BJP and we make it clear in categorical terms that we will have no electoral tie-up with BJP or the Congress in the 2019 elections.

TDP has been scared by the rousing reception our Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been getting all over the state during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra and the talk of tie-up with BJP is only to malign his image while the nation has seen that TDP had electoral alliance with BJP for the four years after the 2014 elections.

Though Chandrababu Naidu claims to have pulled out of the coalition, the BJP MP from the State continues to the cabinet while her husband holds an important portfolio in the State administration. The TTD Board has the wife of a BJP Minister belonging to Maharashtra on its Board which shows that he still has links with the BJP and has been trying to blame our Party, he said.

When our Party MLA was spotted in Delhi at the entrance of a hotel where they had lunch a picture was taken and on its basis stories were spun with weird imaginations and TDP has been trying to make an issue out of a non issue.

Chandrababu Naidu should categorically state whether or not he had met Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh on the Agri Gold issue. His four year term is laden with corruption and the governance has gone for a toss, he said adding that it would be exposed on a national level.
