Speaking on the occasion, the minister came down heavily on both the parties and appealed to the people to vote for right person who is working hard for the development of the state.
YSRCP has decided to destroy the state and the party has been preventing all development programmes in the state since 2014, he charged.
He appealed to the partymen to explain the common man how BJP is causing harm to the state by targeting TDP.
