Guntur: The Municipal Corporation (GMC) deputy commissioner, D Srinivasa Rao has said that Anandalahari programme conducted by the GMC is useful to provide recreation to the people tired with their work.

A large number of students participated in the Anandalahari programme and danced to various songs at Siddartha Function Hall on Sunday.

Speaking on this occasion, he said that participating in this programme would distance stress and urged the people to participate in the programme and make this programme a grand success.

Following instructions of the government, they were conducting the programme. The aim of the government was to keep the people happy.

Anandalahari programme would be conduced regularly.

Kanakadurga Western Dance Academy students and GMC officials were present.
