Chandrababu Naidu to address public meet in Nellore to mark end of campaign
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will be visiting Nellore to address a public meeting on June 30 as part of concluding session of ‘Dalita Tejam’, said Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy.

He along with Ministers Nakka Anand Babu, P Narayana, RTC Chairman Varla Ramaiah and other leaders visited the venue at NTR Nagar here where the public meeting will be organised.
Further, the Ministers organised a preparatory meeting with TDP leaders at NTR Bhavan here on Sunday. Speaking at the meeting, Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy said that the State government had implemented SC Sub-Plan for the welfare of Dalits.
The Telugu Desam Party has been giving top priority for Dalits and was striving hard for their progress, he added. The TDP government had introduced more welfare programmes for development of the Dalits while the previous Congress government ignored their welfare, he said.
The TDP has been giving top priority for Dalits welfare and resolving their issues, said RTC Chairman Varla Ramaiah. He said the party was providing adequate representation to Dalits in politics, he pointed out.
He appealed to the TDP workers and others to make the Dalita Tejam programme a grand success. The Ministers released the poster of ‘Dalita Tejam’ at NTR Bhavan. MLC Beeda Ravichandra Yadav, former legislators P Rathnam, M Sridhara Krishna Reddy and others were present.
