He inspected agriculture market yard in Mangalagiri town on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he said as a result, development was coming to a grinding halt.
He warned dealers that he would take stern action if anybody indulges in irregularities in distributing subsidised rice to the poor.
In case of need, officials would book cases under the PD Act. He said that the aim of the government was food security to the poor.
The government led by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu wants to keep 90 percent of the people happy. He said that he would verify all the files relating to the ration shops in July.
