Special trains between Vizag, Tirupati to clear extra rush
In order to clear extra rush of passengers, the railways decided to run special train services between Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.

Train No. 07487 Tirupati-Visakhapatnam weekly AC special will leave Tirupati at 10:30 pm on Sundays from July 1 to July 29 and will arrive at Visakhapatnam at 10:45 am on the next day.
In the return direction, train No. 07488 Visakhapatnam-Tirupati weekly AC special train will leave Visakhapatnam at 7.30 pm on Mondays from July 2 to July 30 and will reach Tirupati at 8.10 am on the next day.
En route, both the special trains will stop at Renigunta, Nellore, Ongole, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Duvvada stations. The trains comprises sixteen AC III Tier LHB coaches in its composition.
Sambalpur - Banaswadi weekly special train 08301 with special fare will leave Sambalpur on Wednesdays at 9:30 am on 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th of July; 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th of August; 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of September, 2018, and reach Visakhapatnam same day at 7 pm and depart at 7.20 pm and will reach Vijayawada at 1:25 (midnight). It will leave Vijayawada at 1:35 (midnight) and reach Banaswadi at 4.40 pm on Thursdays.
In the return direction, train No. 08302 Banaswadi-Sambalpur weekly special train will leave Banaswadi on Fridays at 00:30 (midnight) on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th of July; 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st of August; 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of September, and will reach Vijayawada at 2.15 pm and depart at 2.35 pm and will arrive Visakhapatnam at 8.35 pm. The train will leave Visakhapatnam at 8.55 pm and reach Sambalpur at 6:35 am on the next day (Saturdays).
En route the trains have stoppages at Bargarh Road, Bolangir, Titlagarh, Kesinga, Raygada, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarajapuram stations in both the directions.
