Jagan’s yatra enters 200th day
YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy\'s Praja Sankalpa Yatra (PSY) entered the 200th day here on Wednesday and special prayers were offered on the occasion.
Amalapuram: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa Yatra (PSY) entered the 200th day here on Wednesday and special prayers were offered on the occasion.
He started his PSY from the town covering the villages of Kamanagaruvu, Smanasa, Reddypalli, Vilasavilli and Bheeminipalli. During his yatra, farmers, daily wage workers, employees and workers submitted memoranda to him asking him to solve their problems.
The farmers asked him to put in efforts to ensure minimum support price to their produce. Later, at Vilasavilli village, he entered into the house of a weaver where a woman was weaving a saree and enquired about their problems and assured to sort them out.
Party leaders Y V Subba Reddy, Jakkampudi Vijaya Lakshmi, K Chittabbayi, P Viswaroop, Jakkampudi Raja, Kurasala Kanna Babu, Pilli Subash Chandra Bose, Chirla Jaggi Reddy, Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy, Ponnada Satish Kumar, CH Venu Gopal, M Sharmila Reddy and several others accompanied Jagan.
