Sons kill father for thrashing mother
A father was killed in the hands of his three sons in Dhone on late Monday night. The deceased was identified as Krupanandam (45), a resident of Chigurmanpeta in Dhone town. According to the available information, Krupanandam  reportedly a womaniser used to harass his wife frequently. As usual, he picked up quarrel with his wife on Monday night and thrashed her.

Later, he fled from the house. His three sons—Chinna Kanthu, Pedda Kanthu and Naganna—on learning about the incident searched for his father. They came to know Krupanandam was present at Amma Hotel in Gooty road.
Trio reached the hotel and attacked him with knives. On receiving information, the cops shifted injured Krupanandam to government hospital in Dhone and later shifted to government general hospital in Kurnool. However, he succumbed to injuries while he was being shifted to Kurnool. The cops registered a case and took them into custody.
