Ramakrishnudu said when YSR was chief minister of united AP, the industries were closed fifteen days in a month and he questioned Jaganmohan Reddy would he want to bring it again? Due to closure of industries between 2004 to 2009, more than 11 lakh workers and employees working in them were thrown out of jobs, he said.

The farmers faced numerous problems due to the failure of Rajasekhar Reddy government and they could not even get agriculture inputs on time. Instead of providing nutrients to the farmers, Rajasekhar Reddy government used lathi-charge against the farmers. Seeds were distributed to the farmers through police stations, the minister pointed out.
The Jalayagnam programme – construction of irrigation projects – in the state was converted as Dhanayagnam (programme used for corrupt means to earn illegal money), he flayed.
YSR escalated estimated cost by Rs 350 crore for the construction of Yellampalli Project in a day, he said. He further added that Jaganmohan Reddy company shares sold at Rs 144 and Rs 350, which had face value of just Rs 10, when his father was in power. Ramakrishnudu questioned did Jaganmohan Reddy want to bring back such corrupt rule again in the state?
He blamed that Rajasekhar Reddy gave lands to BJP leader Gali Janardhan Reddy and in return Janardhan Reddy invested in Jaganmohan Reddy’s companies, as quid pro quo. Jaganmohan Reddy’s father was responsible for killing of 12 innocent farmers at Kakarapalli, Sompet and Mudigonda, pointed out Ramakrishnudu.
Many IAS officials were scared after seeing the corrupt practices of Rajasekhar Reddy as Chief Minister and some of them were even went to jail, he said. He alleged that more than 200 TDP activists and leaders were murdered by Congressmen during YSR rule.
He said that Rajasekhar Reddy encouraged factionism in the state. Ramakrishnudu claimed that there were no farmer deaths in the rule of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for the last four years and added that government waived the farmers’ loans, gave input subsidies, water for irrigation, interlinking of rivers, dug farm ponds and many other welfare schemes for common people are being implemented.
